i've been trying to get through the pylons example but got stuck at
executing
the first paster command and was hoping somebody can tell me what's
going on.
i'm on mac 10.4, intel and ppc, got the regular python 2.5 set up and
pylons in a
virtual environment. in my global environment, i got cherrypy, django,
httlib2, pyqt4,
mysqldb 1.2.2c1, setuptools 0.6c8, sql alchemy 0.46; in the virtual
env i got the
standard pylons libs and setup tools 0.6c8.
to the problem at hand: somewhere is a dependency on mysqldb and i
can't figure
out where. (i installed mysqldb manually with -build and -install):
