I'm not sure, but I suspect it's not paster that's the problem, but
perhaps that MySQLdb wasn't installed correctly somehow, and that is
causing Setuptools to barf. That, and/or in you application you have
something in YourApp.egg-info/paster_plugins.txt that is referencing a
package that requires MySQLdb, but that driver isn't installed (or if
you are using a virtual env, might not be installed in that environment).
