I'm very sorry to hear that. I do really take care that no contribution is being ignored. Sometimes it takes me a few weeks to get back on it, and I remember a really few times where I had forgotten an email in dark corner of my mailbox, and then had to come back months later with apologies. Unfortunatly your patch is one of those. I rediscovered it a few weeks ago, answered the email and integrated it in the review process (https://www.logilab.org/patch/104427). It should be integrated in pylint soon this week. Another step in this thread would be to have more people feeling concerned about answering or even integrating work from contributors. And we'll keep that in mind while trying to enhance our workflow/tools, so what happened to you doesn't happen again.
