Sorry for that. You can see the hebrew in the html attachment.

I'm using thunderbird (see the x-mailer header). The plaintext part
appears that that way in my sent items folder (7 bits, with q-marks).
I was surprised to see that, since I did send hebrew messages to this
list and others before with thunderbird, and they came out fine.
Probably it has different default encodings when you choose "send plain
text and html" than in the plaintext only mode. I'll look closer next time.
It seems there's always some more misconfigured stuff in my thunderbird
settings...
