FYI: OSGeo now has its translation infrastructure, based on the free software project Weblate: https://weblate.osgeo.org Weblate can be configured to automatically push new translations to the official repository (either directly or as pull requests on some platforms, including github) and autonomously fetch template changes and translations pushed to the official repository.
