Hi list,
Not a regular user of QGIS myself, but I took the few seconds to add a
redirect on wikipedia from QGIS to Quantum_GIS.
This made me aware there's no French wikipedia page on QGIS (but there's
one in German, in Spanish and Italian). I looked for QGIS info in
french, but found out on this page :

there's no French document maintainer.
But it seems there was already some work done on the french translation
based on what I read on this page:

It there a missing link between these two 'groups'? Is there a french
description of QGIS to copy it on a french wikipedia page?

(and no, I already have my hands full with feeding slashgeo.org, there's
no way I'll accept any responsability over the french translation, but
it will be happy to contribute on an irregular basis :-)
