I admittedly haven't fully understood what you are building there with
Qi4J ;-), but I believe that the visualization that you are talking
about should be integrated into the leading IDE, which (from my
perspective) is Eclipse.

So IMO there should be some Eclipse Qi4J plugin, which could provide
(along with some other tools) some model visualization, which could be
based on the new Eclipse Zest framework:
