I've got a problem with Q40/Linux. I was using Gimp last night and suddenly
the system froze. Now mouse movement, no updated display. I had xosview
running and it stopped. I could not shutdown using CTRL-ALT-DEL.
I then rebooted, started up WindowMaker, and had it sit for a while hoping it
would freeze. After about 1 hour, it looked like it was not freezing (xosview
was still updating), but when I tried the mouse, it was frozen. CTRL-ALT-DEL
also would not work (don't know if it is supposed to work when X is running).
I'm tempted to link my QL to the Q40 via a serial cable (with a getty on the
serial port) so I can login and see what's going on. But first I wanted to see
if anybody had any ideas?
