that's completely normal, I should probably remove the printk()
someday. It says that X or something else tried to 'pan' the screen
- this doesn't work without HW support so isn't implemented.
If that is all strange messages you can see try to force-reinstall the
XFbdev, Xlib, windowmanager and glibc packages (--replacepkgs --replacefiles),
perhaps something got corrupted on the disk.
Iirc reinstalling these packages may setup an incorrect link for X in
/usr/X11R6/bin
