Actually current QPC releases do not start under Vista (versions before 3.30 are fine, the problem was introduced with the TCP/IP functionality). The current 3.34 beta is fine again, it just hasn't officially seen the light of day yet. :-( Anybody who wants to run QPC under Vista can get it from me any time of course.
