Of those that I have talked with about it, most regret touching it. I know of at least one who took a new PC back and insisted that they downgrade\\\\\\\\\\ UPGRADE it to XP. I've only heard a couple say that they are "getting on with it", i.e. not going as far as to say they are enthusiastic about it. I rather liked <http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xC5uEe5OzNQ&mode=related>, but that's all a bit old hat for Compiz (with Beryl merged in), these days. I keep forgetting to find out what "Paint with Fire" does. I may try it out this afternoon, on another convert's machine, because I can't do that here - my graphics card (GeForce2) can't quite do it (or "Rain+Wipers", or "Splash", and a handful of the other very demanding effects). Spinning the cube with transparency and a video running, etc - that's fine. -- Lau AS! d-(!) a++ c++++ p++ t+ f-- e++ h+ r--(+) n++(*) i++ P- m++ ASC Decoder at <http://www32.brinkster.com/ascdecode/> _______________________________________________ QL-Users Mailing List http://www.q-v-d.demon.co.uk/smsqe.htm
