I use CutePDF and Ghostscript, recommended by Marcel, to produce PDFs.
This was also used for the tests to get PDF prints of Calamus output ...
resulting in enormous files and crashing after about 30 pages or so
(and it took the program already HOURS to calculate).

something like that to produce the PDF versions of the QDOS/SMSQ and PE
documenattaion in PDF format that is available on his web site.
