Even Corel Draw! is free on many occassions like that...
The interim version 7.0 that has MOST of the more advanced features of 8, 9
and 10 is available FREE through many channels (Magazine covers, printer
accompanying software etc).
Corel Draw v. 6 and higher include a full featured 3D landscape editor, a
CMYK capable bitmap editor similar to Photoshop (as a matter of fact they
share plugins), a font navigator, Bar Code generator, Screen capture
program, tracing, scanning etc.
