Tony, and anyone else in the same boat, the best thing to do with Windows is
upgrade to Linux, but the next best is to upgrade to Win 2000. I have had
this done at work and the difference is amazing - stable, useful (only
kidding) and usable. At home I have Win98 and Mandrake Linux 8.1 which I am
learning.
Do not under any circumstances upgrade to Win XP (eXtra Pathetic) because
(a) you will have to let M$ have all your personal details, you will have to
re-register the software whenever you make changes to your system - and
because they have fallen out with Sun over Java, they do not supply a Java
runtime - so no websites or applications running Java will work. Talk about
sulking :o)
Regards,
Norman.
PS. QPC2v2 runs happily under Win2000.
