Is there an option in Lookout excess for "Smart Quotes", ie instead of
double dits ("), it uses the 66 and 99 varieties? [I don't use M$ bloatware
when I can avoid it.] I've had a few problems in the past with people
trying to send them to me...I just get question marks. Similary with the
smart apostrophe (the 9 variety, as opposed to the single dit).
