Bill,

Do you really want a 2.5Gb WIN partition bearing in mind the value after the
device is the size in Mbytes?  Have you actually checked you have tht much
free space on the hard disk that you are trying to set up the WIN device on?

No - the WIN files do not expand on use.  The format command allocates all
the space at the time of the format.
