There is no technical reason why 68020+ instructions cannot be assembled
in an easy way on all 68K based environments. From the point view of
versions of SMSQ/E using 68020+ instructions, why is it assumed that
Atari users own sub-68020 based Ataris. Also there is no technical
reason why any complete software emulator cannot emulate a 68020+ rather
than a 68000 or 68008. Why does the Amiga always seem forgotten?

Sounds good :-)
