Hi All,

Recently I installed 14.04 and with it QLGT.
Due to issues I had to reinstall the from scratch again, and now QLGT is not able to download or upload information to my GPSMAP60csx.

I've installed QLGT 1.7.5 via the software centre.

While I want to try and retrieve some waypoints from my GPS the following error pops up. "/Failed to download waypoints. Failed to sync. up with device. Product request failed."/

My GPS bleeps twice, and that's it.

Running QLGT in debug mode does not show much more information (I can post it if you need it).

In syslog the following information is logged which strikes a little bit odd.

kernel: [23423.988971] usb 3-1: reset full-speed USB device number 15 using xhci_hcd kernel: [23424.005507] xhci_hcd 0000:00:14.0: xHCI xhci_drop_endpoint called with disabled ep ffff8801aa563e40 kernel: [23424.005510] xhci_hcd 0000:00:14.0: xHCI xhci_drop_endpoint called with disabled ep ffff8801aa563e80 kernel: [23424.005511] xhci_hcd 0000:00:14.0: xHCI xhci_drop_endpoint called with disabled ep ffff8801aa563ec

The device seems to be reset, but why.

Has anyone any idea's on this.

Thanks in advanced,

Franklin
