What Gene said about Henning is only partially correct; his attitude isn't 
perfect but makes most lazy posters think twice before posting crap to the 
list which is essential to keep the list quality at a decent level. And 
he's extremely helpful too.
So AFAIK, Henning, keep it that way.

I agree with others, though, about the fact that people who post generic 
crappy how-to questions after a 45 minute "research" into qmail-ldap, who 
don't invest a minimum "due diligence" time into reading docs or ignoring 
to tidily post their problems ("Subject: Please help!!!"), who refuse to 
google around for a while or just try on their own, should not be helped. 
Knowledge comes at a cost.
