To test, I have commented out the line:
:allow blablabla
and put back 
:deny

I sent out 2 mails to my local email address. One from Yahoo! and the other 
from gmail. I waited for 10 minutes. Nothing happen. I looked inside 
/var/log/qmail/current but no error msgs whatsoever.

I am reverting back to the original.
