While that used to be true, it doesn't seem to be any longer. They have some experimental zones for looking up different classes of hosts. There is inputs.orbs.org for inputs to relays and outputs.orbs.org for inputs plus outputs. There are also some other zones for other categories including people blocking them. I think I will be able to use them again as I only want to block inputs and outputs, since the ORBS seems to catch sites faster than the RSS.
