Rqmail-pop3d logging with tcpserver

Hi,
I have already sent a mail regarding this to the list.
My problem is I have setup the qmail-pop3d server with
tcpserver. Now all my logging take place at the
console and i want the log to be in a log file. How
can i specify the log file name on tcpserver command
while starting qmail-pop3d. Please help me.
