it seems to be the same like instcheck.. that brings no errors
beside missing manpages..

thanks for the quick answer.. nope, the permissions are right..
i read a bit about the message handling
(http://www.qmail.org/man/misc/INTERNALS.txt) and the state qmail
iswhen it is stalling is S4, queued, but not preprocessed. what
is normally pushing the preprocessing? for me it seems qmail-send
doesn't behave as it should...
