tcpserver always logs to stdout.  What you do with stdout, however, is
your business.  You could do something as simple as redirect it to
append to a logfile, but the "normal" installation uses daemontools'
multilog to automatically maintain a rotating set of logfiles.

daemontools FAQ for more details and examples.
