follow this link:

http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg01507.html

it describes some changes you can make to /etc/tcprules.d/tcp.smtp to
scan internal and external mails.

i'v check my /etc/tcprules.d/tcp.smtp

by default installation that file is like this

127.:allow,RELAYCLIENT=""
,DKSIGN="/var/qmail/control/domainkeys/%/private"
:allow,BADMIMETYPE="",BADLOADERTYPE="M",CHKUSER_RCPTLIMIT="50",CHKUSER_WRONGRCPTLIMIT="10",DKVERIFY="DEGIJKfh",QMAILQUEUE="/var/qmail/bin/simscan",DKQUEUE="/var/qmail/bin/qmail- queue.orig",DKSIGN="/var/qmail/control/domainkeys/%/private"

then i change like this, i erase all domainkeys parameter

127.:allow,RELAYCLIENT=""
,:allow,BADMIMETYPE="",BADLOADERTYPE="M",CHKUSER_RCPTLIMIT="50",CHKUSER_WRONGRCPTLIMIT="10",QMAILQUEUE="/var/qmail/bin/simscan"

now simscanner, spamassassin & clamav come to email header like this
