I checked the docs on the simscan and dspam options are not in there. I will
check the ./configure command to see if there will be any. Do you know a few
offhand?

Is it also possible not to use the dspam options in simscan but to use dspam
in the ways described in other docs like
http://dspamwiki.expass.de/Installation/Qmail without any interference.

Whatever happens I will give it a try and get back with the results.

Cool. Let me know how it goes.

No hard dependencies. . .

The latest simscan, we ship, includes support for dspam. We do not
enable it, but you are welcome to make modifications and even write an
article about it on the wiki. :)

Thanks,
Erik
