I don't think so, at least not that I'm aware of.
I think you'll have to simply not use the RBLs (and whatever other
spamdyke filters you deem risky) until you can get your whitelist put
together, and live with the spam. I hope that your server can handle all
of the scanning spamassassin will be doing with the absence of
spamdyke's filtering. It will definitely be under a larger load without
the spamdyke filtering.
Note, if you decide to turn off spamdyke entirely, you'll need to
maintain any RBLs you choose (not) to use by editing the
/var/qmail/control/blacklists file.
