You might need to increase the timeout limit in spamdyke, especially if

Similar to this many mails were getting bounced, even if it is a
business enquiry with valid contents and without listing in spamhaus
This one appears to be a bug of some sort. I haven't seen this behavior
before that I'm aware of.
I'm sure that Sam (spamdyke author) will have further insight. Please
post this to the spamdyke users list (see
http://spamdyke.org/mailinglists.html) for resolution.
