Thank you for the prompt response. In qmailadmin, I do have the "Spam Detection?" checked for all the accounts for the domain. Here are the steps I take when creating a new account through qmailadmin 1) Log into qmailadmin as postmaster for domain 2) Click on Add New Account 3) Put in account settings and check the Spam Detection option. 4) Account is added, so went into Squirrel Mail web client. 5) Log into account using login information. 6) SSH into mail server and type the following command: ls -al /home/vpopmail/domains/<domainname.com>/<user_name>/Maildir/
Here is the following results: drwx------ 9 vpopmail vchkpw 4096 Jun 24 22:46 . drwx------ 3 vpopmail vchkpw 4096 Jun 24 22:46 .. drwx------ 2 vpopmail vchkpw 4096 Jun 24 22:46 courierimapkeywords -rw-r--r-- 1 vpopmail vchkpw 36 Jun 24 22:46 courierimapsubscribed -rw-r--r-- 1 vpopmail vchkpw 15 Jun 24 22:46 courierimapuiddb drwx------ 2 vpopmail vchkpw 4096 Jun 24 22:46 cur drwx------ 6 vpopmail vchkpw 4096 Jun 24 22:46 .Drafts -rw------- 1 vpopmail vchkpw 14 Jun 24 22:46 maildirsize drwx------ 2 vpopmail vchkpw 4096 Jun 24 22:46 new drwx------ 6 vpopmail vchkpw 4096 Jun 24 22:46 .Sent drwx------ 2 vpopmail vchkpw 4096 Jun 24 22:46 tmp drwx------ 6 vpopmail vchkpw 4096 Jun 24 22:46 .Trash The Spam folder is not being created when the account is being created. Isn't the folder suppose to be created when the account is or is it created when you receive your first spam mail (if this is the case, is there a way to have it created when the account is just created)?
