Dan's working on improving mirror reliability and timeliness. I expect
we'll see better reliability very soon.
On a related note, if you use qtp-newmodel and a package isn't
available, it will leave an empty file in /usr/src/qtp-upgrade/SRPMS/.
Be sure to delete this file before trying again. I hope to have some
improvements to download integrity checking in the coming weeks which
will take care of this automatically.
