I have found that my /etc/yum/pluginconf.f/priorities.conf was disabled
(enabled = 0).
Changing this to enable = 1 I do not get clamav udates from EPEL or
rpmforge anymore but a notification that packages are excluded due to
repository priority protections.
I guess this is the functionality You want due to the prioritykey=7 in
the qmailtoaster.repo ?
