It's working for x86_64 but for some reason I'm getting the typical
error (below) in x86, ugh!
WARNING: [LibClamAV] cli_cvdload: Corrupted CVD header
ERROR: Verification: Malformed database
Will try to work it out.

HOWTO:
1. Download https://ftp.pcre.org/pub/pcre/pcre-8.43.tar.gz
2. Compile pcre with different prefix:
mkdir /usr/local/PCRE
./configure --enable-utf8 --enable-unicode-properties --prefix=/usr/local/PCRE
make
make install
3. Modify clamav-toaster.spec and build package.
%configure --with-pcre=/usr/local/PCRE
4. Install new clamav-toaster:
rpm -Fvh --nodeps clamav-toaster-0.100.0-1.0.17.x86_64.rpm
Without
I modified rpmrelease too.
