the install time, and make it read only afterwards.

the easiest way to do this, imo, is to put the frikkin cache within the
qooxdoo sdk package and be done with it :)
if the size penalty is too much, one can add a way to optionally
generate the cache after unpacking, which was what i was trying to say
above.
