As the subject says, I'm trying to call the constructor of my superclass's superclass. In essence, I need to skip the superclass constructor, but still run that class's own superclass's constructor.
BTW, the reason I need to do this is to prevent my superclass from adding a listener that I don't want. Since there is no way -- as far as I can tell -- to remove a listener that was just added by my superclass constructor without knowing the ID it returned, I have to find some other approach. (Suggestions welcome.)
