The PDF version of the manual is a good start. And I liked the idea of
user-contributed notes (like in the PHP manual). I wonder how difficult it
might be to implement this (mixing documentation-generated content with
user-contributed content). For this, the manual would probably have to
broken up in smaller sections - now the pages are quite long.
