I voted MoinMoin because I've used it before and liked it, I don't know
much about confluence.

If we can get benefits from confluence then it might be worth moving.
Can we set up a QPIDDOC cwiki for starters and try using it to generate
some docs? If it works and we love it we can ditch moinmoin and set up a
QPID Cwiki. If it's great for docs but not for general use  use we can
keep both.

Seems like it's normal practice to have separate doc & devel wikis
anyway, so it's not a disaster if we have 2 different kinds of wiki -
obviously it'd be better if one is clearly superior and to lower usage
confusion.
