I guess it might stop the users cancelling the session by crashing out of Outlook express which is basically the problem. I try tell all my users to have patience and let the system work itself out. ( Of course this is a total waste of time :-D )
I have noticed a number of users starting to use other pop3 email agents mainly out of fear of viruses.
