From my console (doesn't matter if bash or cmd):
$ clangd --version

Looks normal. Are you sure it's the same executable? Or maybe it's an
environment issue?
It is the same executable, I only have one clangd on the whole system.
I have set up all my paths correctly and even started the creator from the very
same shell.
As said on the other mail, my laptop doesn't have the problem. So I'm going to
resetup the whole system this evening.
