If you dump a column (3 per page) then you can definitely
get it bigger.

I experimented with it for a few minutes. Since the column widths
are variable, I've come to the conclusion that it's not possible to
change the font size and/or margin widths in any combination so that
the file will print as desired.
Perhaps I'll give it another try when I have more time. Anyone else
care to take a stab at reformatting this monster so that it is more
readable?
