It is easy to select the number of columns in Word. However, since the original document has variable column widths (that is, each column segment within the larger column is sized differently, depending upon how many front and back hooks there are on a given page, and the length of the root words on the page, etc.), I have not found a way to globally apply widths for each column segment. I can change individual pages, but only one at a time, which is far too tedious and time-consuming.
If anyone is aware of an quick and/or easy method to do this, please reply privately, as I seem to be the only one interested... -Trashman --- In [email protected], "Ten Den, Chris" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > Dump a column = only show 3 columns versus 4. > > There is a variable in the script to set the number of columns. > > I originally tried to put it into word but couldn't do the tables > properly and I am no word expert so I caved into what I know best. > > _____ > > From: [email protected] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf > Of Steve Hartsman > Sent: April 14, 2006 10:17 AM > To: [email protected] > Subject: [quackle] Re: Quackle VS.
