Dump a column = only show 3 columns versus
4.
There is a variable in the script to set the number of
columns.
I originally tried to put it into word but couldn't do the
tables properly and I am no word expert so I caved into what I know
best.

easy way to do this in MS Word? I'm hardly a Word guru, but I
haven't found a way to do this that doesn't involve massive changes
to the document.
