Yep,
Deerfield road, 3mi outside of Hill City SD 10 PM 4/19/96

He jumped up right onto the road as I was coming around a curve at 
50mph (55mph posted limit) I swerved to keep him from coming through my 
side of the windshield, he made a nice big hole in the passenger side. 
1 Ton van full of construction tools doesn't like sudden maneuvers. No 
guard rail, not that it would probably have mattered. Rolled down the 
mountain turning the van into a dog house shape. Shit happens.
