you won't be able to stay in your own chair on the plane - so yes you will be transfering. if you get seated farther back than the bulkhead seats, you will be transfering onto their tiny little "aisle" chair - sometimes called a "straight back", then over to your assigned seat. some planes have the doorway between the cattle and business classes. there you might be able to get to either closest row. some planes have the door in front of the business class so only the 1st business row will be available without the aisle chair. thay ARE awfully good about helping though.
