[QUAD-L] Chair speed, insurance?.

I'm trying to get my insurenceto buy a new chair. They've semi agreed, but don't want to buy the TDX5 only the TDX3. They won't buy the bigger and faster motors. They say they are not "Medicly" nessasary. I've said I need them to get up my ramp in my van, get accross large busy streets, etc. Can anyone think of medical reasons I could use to ask for the bigger/faster motors? Thanks, Greg
