Greg,     Good luck on your battle with the insurance company to pay for the bigger motors but I'm afraid it might be a losing battle.  I was talking to my wheelchair supplier about new tires and brought up the motors with the True Tech technology.  She told me that insurance companies will not pay for an upgrade to the bigger motors unless you are using a sip & puff system or you are severely handicapped where you cannot control the chair.   Jim
