Stacy, I'm worried about this deficit and how we're going to pay for it and unfortunately the disabled community will see programs leave to do just that and probably soon.
I'm curious to see who starts resigning now that Bush won.

I have been independent since started to follow politics. I registered as an independent when I turned 18. I had beliefs in both parties, not anymore. On top of the president, our Governor is the worst. He has hurt the disabled community is a huge way with his cuts. He started at the most needy and is working his way up. I'm changing my status.

And most of us will. Unfortunately, there are those who graduated from Republican U and Democrat U, who will not. For them this election is just another battle in the ongoing political war. Is it new? No. Its been around for hundreds of years and dozens and dozens of elections. At Republican U, you are taught all the mistakes the Democrats have done and their effects on the Republicans. Same applies at Democrat U. They mention WaterGate, like it happened yesterday. The Republicans talk about what they did to Clinton and the Democrats talk about what they did to Nixon. At that's at the National level. State politics is the same. Smoking a cigar after the battle and licking your battle wounds is common on both sides. Then you have the historians that remember everything. They tell of the battles won... and lost. As they pass another takes their place. Tomorrow is another day.... and another battle.
