I appreciate your long explanation Dave, that's certainly more than I can do at this point. REmember two things, the CATO institute is a NEOCON think tank, regardless of what you hear, as well George WIll is a long-time NEO-CON. It's not enough anymore to believe what you see or hear from 501c3 orgs, as politics has penetrated practically everyone and everything.
Something everyone is missing, the Privatization of Social Security has NOTHING to do with Social Security Disability. It is clear when reading the information on the link I sent, that the intent is to SEPARATE the Retirement Fund from the Disability and Survivors BEnefit Fund. The only sure thing I have read is an intent to save both funds and to separate retirement from the to benefit funds. There is NO CLEAR PLAN as to how this will be implemented. No clear plan on how disability benefits and survivor benefits will be set up, managed, or funded. Period. IF you find anything to the contrary, that specifically mentions Disability and SUrvivor benefits, and how those programs will be implemented and funded, which is authored by the gvt, pass it on.
