[QUAD-L] Million Dollar Baby

I Know there was some earlier controvercy over this movie, Me and my wife went to see it and really liked it-- even tho it was one of the most touching and saddest movies we have seen. In the movie Clint Eastwood loved the girl like his own daughter.. he never wanted to even help kill her and felt it would even doom him if he did. She was a c-1-2 very high quad and getting awful bedsores requiring amputation even . When it comes out on dvd or any more get to see it let me know what you think? I'm not sure why some were angry about it.....was it statements Eastwood made about disabled prior to this movie ?                                             Not trying to upset any that hated it  just curious...
