hello everyone, i have been a  paraplegic for 2 years now in a wheelchair for life.  i have severe pain in my back, but i have another problem i was hoping someone could help me with.  i have a $1000.00 dollar seat cushion for my wheelchair, but its not working.  i am on my butt for 24 hours a day.  either in my wheelchair or lying on my back in bed, there is no rest for my buttochs.  even though i am paralyzed down there i feel extreme pain and pressure.  is there anyone who knows what i can do to relieve the pain and pressure, it is so bad, i cant go on much longer.  please let me know.  thank-you Lindsey-
