Hi Stacy,
I'm not on the waiver but am on the waiting list to get on it. From what I've heard and read, if ALL the waiver does is pay my Medicare Premiums, getting on it will save me money each month.

I can use you all as a resource. Those of you that are on the waiver or those that know about it enough to have formed an opinion maybe you could answer some questions for me if your not to busy. What evidence is there that the policy is/not effective? What problems still exist? What are your recommendations to change the policy and why do you think they would be better? And one I am confused about that is for me.What is the theory of human behavior explicit or implicit in the policy? What the heck does that mean? lol.The waiver works great for me, but I know there are a lot of you that aren't happy. Those of you that don't get enough services, why not? If something isn't working for you, I would like to know why or if a service isn't given, why are they telling you you cant utilize it?This would be a huge help. I would love some instances to use from people I care about.
